Terms of Visitor Admission and Service Use at Milfey Beauty Institute

  1. These Rules govern the access and presence of visitors (hereinafter referred to as the "Client" or "Visitor") on the premises of Milfey Beauty Institute, as well as the procedures for using its services. Entry to the Institute is permitted only upon acceptance of these Rules. Acceptance of the Offer Agreement confirms that the Client has read and agrees to fully comply with these Rules.

  2. These Rules apply to all Visitors of the Beauty Institute and are mandatory. The Institute reserves the right to amend the Rules at any time without prior notice to Clients. Updated Rules will be posted on the official website and displayed at the reception desk. Visitors are responsible for independently keeping track of such changes.

  3. In case of a violation of these Rules, the administration has the right to restrict or deny access to the Beauty Institute.

  4. Operating Hours:
    Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
    The Institute reserves the right to modify its hours of operation unilaterally. Visitors must check for updates on the website or at the reception.

  5. Before entering the premises, visitors are required to leave their outerwear in the cloakroom.

  6. Strictly prohibited on the premises of the Beauty Institute:

    • Being under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances

    • Smoking, including tobacco and electronic cigarettes

    • Wearing outerwear inside the facility

    • Bringing or consuming outside food and beverages

    • Using offensive or abusive language toward staff or other visitors

    • Misusing the Institute’s equipment or removing it from the premises

    • Entering staff-only or technical areas or adjusting any technical equipment

    • Disturbing other clients, or violating cleanliness and order

    • Engaging in business or promotional activities

    • Posting advertisements, conducting surveys, or distributing products without written consent from the administration

    • Using mobile phones

    • Audio, video, or photo recording without the administration’s permission

  1. In case of a violation, an incident report will be drawn up by the staff. The administration reserves the right to remove violators from the premises without refund.

  2. For safety purposes or in case of incidents, photo and video surveillance may be conducted, which may include other visitors. Such footage may be transferred to law enforcement or judicial authorities if necessary. The Visitor agrees to the processing of their biometric data, including visual likeness, in both digital and physical formats, to ensure safety and prevent unlawful actions.

  3. A Client’s booking or payment for any service constitutes their consent to being photographed or recorded, and to subsequent processing of that data, including potential transfer to competent authorities.
    This includes footage from CCTV cameras, mobile devices of staff, and other visitors.

  4. If a Client causes damage to Institute property, they are obligated to compensate for it within three (3) business days of receiving a formal claim.

 

Dear Guests, Please Note:

  1. All prices are in euros and include VAT.

  2. Video surveillance is in operation throughout the Institute.

  3. Pets taller than 35 cm at the withers are not allowed on the premises.

  4. If a Guest arrives more than 15 minutes late, the Institute reserves the right to either cancel the appointment or reduce the session time accordingly, without adjusting the cost.

  5. Guests are contacted by phone to confirm appointments. If the Guest does not answer or return the call, the Institute reserves the right to cancel the booking.

  6. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify the Institute and confirm the appointment may result in denial of future bookings.

  7. Some services are available by pre-booking only. Conditions will be provided by the administrator.

  8. Booking is available no earlier than 30 calendar days before the desired date.

  9. Visitors must leave the premises no later than closing time: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.

  10. During special events, service areas may be temporarily restricted.

  11. Accompanying persons (e.g., parents or guardians) not receiving services must wait in the designated lounge area.

  12. Please do not leave personal belongings unattended. While the Institute makes every effort to ensure their safety, it cannot be held responsible for any loss.

  13. The Institute is not liable for any technical inconveniences caused by municipal maintenance or seasonal repairs.

  14. The Institute bears no responsibility for harm to health or property caused by third-party unlawful acts.

  15. Please refrain from using mobile phones and speak quietly to maintain a calm atmosphere.

  16. The Institute uses disposable materials, disinfects instruments and equipment, and complies with all sanitary regulations.

  17. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, poor health, or pregnancy prior to your appointment, as some procedures may be contraindicated.

  18. We recommend booking your next appointment before leaving the Institute to secure your preferred time and specialist.

  19. Disturbing other guests, using offensive language, or violating cleanliness and order may result in refusal of service.

  20. Guests must behave respectfully, observe general norms of conduct, and not pose a threat or nuisance to others.

  21. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the premises.

  22. It is strictly forbidden to bring or consume alcohol, drugs, or prohibited medications, or to enter the Institute while intoxicated.

  23. If you experience any issues during your treatment, immediately notify the staff member or administrator.

  24. If you are dissatisfied with the result after a service, inform the service provider and the reception immediately for assessment and resolution.

 

Refund Policy for Gift Certificates:

  1. Refunds are only issued to the person who purchased the gift certificate.

  2. Refunds are processed to the original payment card via a reverse transaction.

  3. The buyer must provide a written request including:

    • Full name

    • Certificate number and value

    • Purchase date

    • Last four digits of the payment card

    • Banking details (if required)

  1. Refunds are issued in person only, upon presentation of ID and the original written request.

  2. Refunds are not possible without the original request or if the original payment card cannot be verified.

In the event of service dissatisfaction, a written claim must be submitted and will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe (up to 10 business days).
